Airthereal has a new Air Purifier for 2021 with a medical grade filter and UV-C sanitizer. The fan noise is not too loud, unlike some other purifiers we've had before. In fact at the lowest setting you can barely hear it! I'm sure you have all heard of Bullet Proof Coffee, and maybe even tried it in the past, but what I just came to discover is how fast it helps to get me into ketosis! I'm finally trying to lose all the baby weight that has accumulated after 3 babies and not having much time for myself.  From all the research and what has worked for me in the past, I am on a low carb high fat (LCHF) diet.  When trying to meet your macros, it can be hard to get all that fat in.  Enter....Bullet Proof coffee!! If you haven't heard of this before, all you do is mix a high quality coffee (or any kind of coffee for me) with 1-2 tablespoon grass fed butter (like Kerrygold) and 1-2 tablespoons MCT or coconut oil.  You must mix it in a blender to get the smooth, creamy consistency and small layer of foam on top.  It truly is delicious and keeps me full all morning, sometimes into the afternoon!  MCT is a better quality and doesn't have that "coconutty" aftertaste, which I prefer.  This doesn't have to be expensive and you don't have to use the BulletProof brand.  I found this MCT oil on Amazon, it's a great price, and has no taste!

Now onto the exciting part!!
