If you are on a low carb diet and missing some of your favorite foods, this CarbQuik baking mix can fill in the gaps of the foods you feel you're missing out on! One box make 80 biscuits, but that's not all you can make - we've tried pizza crust, waffles, pancakes, chicken parmesan, pot pie and more, and so far have not been disappointed. My family is not doing low carb so sometimes it's hard to find foods I can make for everyone and not have to prepare something separate for myself. This product has been great and my kids don't seem to notice a difference.
Also, many ask if it knocks you out of ketosis. This may vary depending on the individual, but for me, it has not. I purchase mine on Amazon here, and if you read the reviews, you can see the many positive experiences people have had (4.3 out of 5 stars from over 2,000 users). Has anyone else tried this baking mix? What has your experience been? **This post contains affiliate links and I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking on my links. We all know the many health benefits of breastfeeding your baby, especially those first few days of life when they get the beneficial colostrum packed with antibodies and immunities. But did you know there is also Bovine or Cow Colostrum you can buy to give to your kids, or take yourself, to boost your immune system as well? I must admit when I first heard about this I was skeptical, but after seeing first hand the effects it's had on my children's health, I am a firm believer. My kids have always seemed to pick up every bug and virus they come in contact with. And as much as I hate giving them antibiotics, I often had to resort to this as things would settle into bacterial infections (ears, sinuses, upper respiratory, etc). Then I started supplementing with Kirkman Colostrum Gold Liquid, and they hardly get sick! I purchase through Amazon here, but I think some health and vitamin stores may sell it as well for around the same price. It is a bit pricey, but lasts for months, so it is already worth it when you consider the doctor co-payments and prescriptions you're saving on! I even take it myself when I've been exposed to sicknesses or feel something coming on, and I never seem to get it! Lots of parents have found this helpful with Autism as well, even though we haven't had experience with that.
If you research the many benefits, you will find it can help with autoimmune diseases such as arthritis, cancer, heart disease, allergies, DNA repair, depression, leaky gut syndrome, diarrhea, autism, diabetes, HIV/Aids and so much more! The immune factors that colostrum contains (immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, cytokines and interferon) work to help restore a healthy immune system and help it function properly. It can help shorten recovery times of colds and the flu, and help prevent disease. There are so many benefits. I would highly suggest giving this a try, especially if you have kids that get sick all the time like mine. Why not give it a try? There are tons of positive reviews out there! Comment below if you've had any experience with this, good or bad, and let me know what you think! **This post contains affiliate links and I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking on my links. I have officially found my new favorite low carb protein powder - Quest Protein Powder Chocolate Milkshake Flavor! I have not tried other flavors, but after trying this one I don't think I ever will! It is amazing! It dissolves so well you don't even need a blender, there is no grit, the flavor is amazing, and it's so easy to make. I always am looking for an easy breakfast idea, so now I either make a protein shake, or add a scoop to my bulletproof coffee for a "Mocha-like" drink. So far the best price appears to be on Amazon - I buy mine here. Has anyone else tried this powder? Do you like it? How are the other flavors?

And to make it even better, it's quick and easy to prep! Simply place the pepperoni on a baking pan and put in the oven at 425 for 10 minutes. Then pull out of the oven and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for another 2-4 minutes until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crispy. I store mine in a rubbermaid in the fridge and dip into cream cheese for an amazing almost 0 carb snack! You can find more great recipes and product reviews from our friends at the Village Bakery.
