After I shop ANYWHERE, I pull up the apps and upload my receipt to the apps that have matching products. A lot of times something like a gallon of milk might be on all three apps, and you can get a good amount back on a single item. Also, before I make my grocery run, I will scan through the apps to see if there's something my family will eat that I can add to my shopping list. Another way to save even more is to find items on the apps that have matching coupons. I like to use this database to search for available coupons (either printable or in the circulars). And there you have it! A new way to make money from your receipt! Feel free to share in the comments if there are any other apps you all like to use. 
 Easy way to make some extra cashIf you haven't already I highly recommend checking out iBotta. I have been using it for about 6 months now and have already made over $200 by buying things I normally would anyways. All you have to do if verify your purchases by uploading your receipt and scanning the barcode on the item and voila- money directly to your paypal! (Or giftcards to places like Starbucks!!)  |
